Jacquelyn Haynes focuses her practice in the areas of Domestic Relations, including parentage, divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support; residential real estate transactions; estate planning, including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and probate; and other personal legal services.

Before joining Georges & Synowiecki, Jacquelyn was an attorney at Borovsky & Ehrlich for 31 years, where she was an integral member of the team which provided legal services to the UNITE HERE Legal Service Benefit Plan beginning in 1985. The Legal Plan provides comprehensive legal service to individuals in most matters a person needs in their lifetime, including landlord/tenant disputes, child support, divorce, buying or selling a home, mortgage loan refinance or modification, wills and powers of attorney preparation, bankruptcy, debt collection defense, consumer credit, property damage, and immigration.

Jaquelyn was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and came to Chicago to attend Northwestern University School of Law.
