Haley Bracken’s practice consists of defending construction, trucking, waste management, and public utility companies against regulatory and administrative citations issued by county and municipal authorities.

Her extensive knowledge in the regulatory and administrative realm has allowed her to successfully defend numerous clients against citations in the City of Chicago’s Office of Administrative Hearings, typically achieving dismissals and favorable outcomes for those clients. Haley also represents a public utility company in consumer complaints before the Illinois Commerce Commission. Additionally, Haley has experience assisting clients in securing municipal benefits, such as minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) certifications and real estate tax incentives.

Haley is a member of the Illinois Bar and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law. While a law student and an undergraduate student, Haley spent four years as a legal and policy intern at the Illinois Commerce Commission, where she developed a strong interest in the power sector.
